Every person deserves a seat at the table.

As a nationally certified sign language interpreter, I have spent my career partnering with the Deaf community to ensure access, dignity, and equal participation. Access for all Marylanders is not optional. It is fundamental.

As a kidney transplant recipient, I also understand firsthand how health challenges can affect one’s ability to fully participate in society. Inclusion is not theoretical for me. It is personal.
