Leadership requires transparency, fairness, and accountability. I have led through challenging circumstances and remained committed to ethical governance. Government must be responsive to the people, not insulated from them.

There were moments in my leadership where doing the right thing came with real consequences. I made decisions rooted in integrity, even when it meant standing alone and facing political pushback. When those challenges came, I did not back down. I stood firm, defended my decisions, and fought through it—because leadership is not about comfort, it is about conviction.
